We have a great event coming up Called The Detox Project on May 22nd. We are going to go through how to minimize toxins.
You can see here next to me the toxic pool. Most people are surrounded by toxic household products. This includes:
- Cleaning products,
- Personal care products,
- Medications, and
- The water you drink.
It’s everywhere, and toxicity is a chemical stress to your body. The more stress you have on your body, the more health related problems you’re going to have.
Watch this video to learn which common household products are toxic.

Common Household Products That Are Toxic
So if you look in here, these are a lot of the common things that most people use in their daily lives.
Do you want to clean something in your house? Let’s look at Lysol and Windex which are very common in American household. Both of these cleaning products have a lot of toxins in them.
When you flip a cleaning product over, you always want to look at the ingredients list to see exactly what’s in there. It’s good to ask yourself, “would I take a drink of this?” Probably not right, because it will make you very sick, you could even die.
A lot of times cleaning products have warning labels on them saying, do not consume. What happens when you’re cleaning with it?
Downy is something you may wash your clothes with right? When it goes on your clothes, it goes back in your body.
Do you use plastic storage containers to put your food in? These plastic containers have parabens, BPA, and other toxins that leech into your food, especially if you heat it up in the microwave.
Aluminum foil. Aluminum is a major heavy metal neurotoxin to your brain. If you’re using foil to cook food in or put things on, again, that can actually get into your body, get into your brain and affect your normal function.
How about the vegetable oil you may be cooking with? Hydrogenated vegetable oil is full of what’s called Omega 6’s. These are very inflammatory oxidated fats, which means they clog up your arteries and they clog up your cells.
What Can You Do About the Toxic Products in Your Home?
You may recognize many of these different products in this pool and wonder, what do I do? Well, that’s exactly why we’re doing this Detox Project event on May 22nd here at the office in Rocklin, California. Come learn:
- Where these toxins are living in your life,
- What are the natural alternatives that you can start using,
- How to actually cleanse that toxic burden out of your body to reduce and eliminate chemical stress so you can experience a higher level of health and wellness from the inside out.
