We’re getting to that time of year (fall) where people are thinking of cold and flu season. If you go outside at all, you’ll probably see those signs.
Get your flu shot here!
I’m sure you see it on tv. You see those scare tactics where they’re talking about people who die from the flu because they didn’t get their flu shot. Telling you how important it is.
If you’ve been to your doctor, they’re probably pressuring you to make sure that you, your kids, your family…everybody’s getting their flu shot.
One thing you want to know about this is it’s never been proven effective in any study, EVER, that it actually prevents the flu. Every year they’re just guessing what flu strains may be out there and the effectiveness is very little.

How Flu Shots Are Toxic
Now, one thing that is guaranteed is you’re always going to get the toxicity of any type of vaccine. You’re going to get:
- Mercury
- Aluminum
- Heavy metal exposure
- Preservatives
- MSG
- Other major neurotoxins that actually weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to things like the cold or the flu.
Flu Shot Alternatives
So today we want to talk about natural solutions. What can you do to help boost your immune system on its own without drugs, shots, or other medical interventions so your body ultimately heals itself?
Improve Your Immune System With Sleep
Number one is you want to make sure you’re getting plenty of rest. You should be sleeping at least seven to eight hours every single night because that’s what helps your body rest and relax. Then you wake up the next morning at your best, immune system strong.
Avoid Sugar to Boost Your Immune System
Nutritionally, the most important thing you want to do is avoid sugar. Just one tablespoon of sugar decreases your immune system for up to four hours, so the more sugar you take in, the weaker your immune system is on a regular basis.
Get Your Body Moving to Increase Energy
Number three is you want to get more exercise. When you exercise, your body releases good healthy hormones, which actually helps boost your immune system and gives you more energy so that you can function better on a regular basis.
Reduce Emotional Stress
Number four is you want to make sure that you are reducing emotional stress. Now I know we’re all under stress and you can’t always avoid that, but reducing stress as much as possible and doing things to help your body manage stress like deep breathing, yoga, meditation, and journaling are all great.
100 – 200% Immune Boost with Chiropractic Adjustments
By far the most important thing to take care of your brain and nervous system is regular chiropractic care.
Studies show that even one chiropractic adjustment, done in the correct way, boosts your immune system 100 to 200 percent. Long-term studies show the immune boosting benefits of chiropractic care created because your nervous system is functioning at a higher level. That’s what controls your immune function.
When you have subluxation, when your spine shifted out of its normal alignment, when you’re under too much stress, your immune system is weaker. By taking care of your spine and nervous system with regular chiropractic care, you’re boosting your immune system. You’re helping your body function and adapt to stress better and ultimately you are healthier.
Apply these natural solutions and you will find that you, and your family will not get the flu this year and you can avoid all the dangerous medical interventions.
