Now that we’re in 2017, we want to celebrate all the wins from last year. You also need to learn from all the bad experiences. Maybe you didn’t hit your goals or your outcomes weren’t positive.
Are you ready to set a positive tone for 2017 and make it the most healthy, successful year that you’ve had in a long time, if not ever?
What Are Your Health Resolutions for 2017?
One of the biggest things at the beginning of the year is New Year’s resolutions. This is the time when you think about what you really want to accomplish this year, and take the time to reflect and learn from what you did well last year to build upon that success.
Now, unfortunately, the success rate for most people with New Year’s Resolutions is about 8%. Isn’t that crazy? 8%.
Think about your last couple of years. Look back to what you said you were going to do at the beginning of the year.
- Hit the gym?
- Start reading every day?
- Quit smoking?
- Give up sugar?
- Being better with your family or re-establishing relationships?
- Progressing at work?
Whatever that was, how did you do last year?
If you didn’t do as well as you wanted to, like most people, you want to make sure that you’re setting those resolutions this year and sticking to it.
How To Establish Resolutions That You Accomplish This Year
You must write your goals down EVERY SINGLE DAY. Then you must look at them EVERY SINGLE DAY. Your goals must become part of your life.
We’re doing a complete health and wellness challenge coming up later this month, on January 21st. We are going to show you how to not just set a resolution but actually set an outcome that you will achieve this year. In fact, you’re not only gonna achieve this, you’re going to exceed that expectation by following exactly what we’re going to teach you at that workshop.
What I challenge you to do in the meantime is start setting those goals and think about what do you really want. Dig deep down and figure out what you want.
Don’t worry about if you failed before. Don’t worry about what other people have told you. Don’t worry about any of that stuff. Just focus on you and what you want to accomplish in the different areas of your life.
And I want you to set three types of goals:
- a minimum goal
- a target goal
- an awesome outcome goal.
Then, set rewards for yourself in each one of these areas.
So right now today, start thinking about what are your goals. And as we approach the workshop on January 21st, we’re gonna show you how to make this the year where you accomplish and exceed all of your New Year’s resolutions.
